Growth oriented management and responsibility for the environment can go hand in hand. Social responsibility is an essential part of our entrepreneurial thinking and action.

Ecology and economy are not contradictory in road transport. All our trucks meet the Euro 6 standard with the help of SCR technology. They are also noise encapsulated and therefore reduce noise emissions.

The company premises were also planned and realized with our high environmentally friendly goals in mind. Our truck wash operates with a closed water circuit and requires almost no fresh water supply. The small amount of fresh water required is taken from a rainwater storage tank, which is fed from the roofs of the buildings. The remaining rainwater seeps into an almost 2,000 square meters biotope pond.

In order to conserve resources, we generate the amount of electricity we need with photovoltaic systems and - if needed - purchase only green electricity from the grid.

We operate exclusively in accordance with the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen 2017 - ADSp 2017 - (German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions 2017), Note: In clause 23 the ADSp 2017 deviates from the statutory liability limitation in section 431 German Commercial Code (HGB) by limiting the liability for multimodal transportation with the involvement of sea carriage and an unknown damage location to 2 SDR/kg and, for the rest, the customary liability limitation of 8,33 SDR/kg additionally to Euro 1,25 million per damage claim and EUR 2,5 million per damage event, but not less than 2 SDR/kg. Register court is Gütersloh.
